Pricing
PR, et Cetera, Inc. may offer one of the following pricing options for small business/community-based organizations:
fixed fee, hourly rate, or retainer basis
Each of our clients' needs differ and require varied skills and levels of attention. Therefore, we will quote our remuneration relative to the amount of time and the services that your job will require, while allowing us to provide you with the complete and professional service that you deserve.
Pricing guidelines for creation and distribution of an html-generated email promotional:
$275 - client provides a PDF or jpeg file, or URL link containing your graphics and data
$375 - we create the electronic promotional from scratch, and distribute
$425 - write and distribute press release (does not include nat'l newswire service fees)
$1,000 and up - full campaign (press release, media advisory, PSA, flyer distribution) - At least six weeks required prior to event date to effectively prepare and distribute media/promotional materials for full campaign.
Pricing structure for all other services will vary.
PR/promotional campaign - at least six weeks required to effectively prepare and distribute media/promotional materials.
Advance payment required for all project fees of $500 or less; higher fees require $500 or 50% deposit,* whichever is greater.

PR, et Cetera, Inc. reserves the right to refuse projects that involve language, images, or ideology that conflict with its principles and values; and projects that meet the definition of that which is outside of the company's business model. PR, et Cetera, Inc. reserves the right to edit all submitted text for grammar/punctuation accuracy prior to distributing to its constituents. (Need for extensive editing is subject to additional fee.)
